The HR Business Partner will play a critical role in aligning our HR initiatives and functions with business objectives and operational needs. The ideal candidate will have a diversified experience in the aviation services industry and a deep understanding of the unique challenges and opportunities within this sector. This role requires a strategic thinker who can drive HR strategies, foster a positive workplace culture, and enhance employee engagement and performance.

Key Responsibilities:


Strategic HR Planning:


• Partner with senior management to develop and implement HR strategies that support the company's business goals and objectives.
• Provide insights and recommendations on HR best practices to drive continuous improvement and operational efficiency.


Talent Acquisition & Management:


• Lead the recruitment and selection process to attract, hire, and retain top talent in the aviation services industry.
• Develop and implement talent management programs, including succession planning, career development, and leadership training.


Employee Relations and Engagement:


• Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture that promotes employee engagement and satisfaction.
• Manage employee relations issues, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and grievance procedures, ensuring compliance with UAE labor laws.


Performance Management & Training:


• Oversee the performance management process, including setting performance standards, conducting evaluations, and implementing performance improvement plans.
• Support managers in providing constructive feedback and coaching to employees.
• Design and manage competitive compensation and benefits programs that attract and retain top talent.
• Conduct regular benchmarking and market analysis to ensure competitiveness in the aviation services industry.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant UAE labor laws and aviation industry regulations.
• Develop and update HR policies and procedures to reflect best practices and legal requirements.
• Identify training needs and coordinate professional development programs to enhance employee skills and capabilities.
• Promote a culture of continuous learning and development.
• Develop and maintain HR metrics and reports to track HR performance and support data-driven decision-making.
• Provide regular updates to senior management on HR initiatives and outcomes.

Skills and Qualification:


• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master's degree or HR certification (e.g., CIPD, SHRM) is preferred.
• Minimum of 5-7 years of HR experience, with at least 3 years in a strategic HR role within the aviation services industry.
• Strong knowledge of UAE labor laws and regulations.
• Proven experience in talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, and HR compliance.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with employees and management.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use HR metrics to drive decision-making.
• Proficiency in HR software and systems.
