As a Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) at our client\'s organization, you will play a vital role in supporting the HR team and business units in aligning HR strategies with the organization\'s objectives. The HRBP position serves as a bridge between HR and the company\'s departments, contributing to a positive work environment and employee engagement.Job Objectives:
To assist the HR Director with recruitment, onboarding, Induction, Medical Insurance, drafting policies and processes, employee engagement initiatives, assisting in the implementation of HRIS, Performance Management, and training blue and white-collar employees.Job Responsibilities:
Recruitment:
  • Work with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop job descriptions.
  • Source and screen candidates through a variety of channels, including employee referrals, recruitment consultants, and recruitment portals.
  • Conduct phone and in-person interviews with candidates.
  • Evaluate candidates\' qualifications and experience, and make recommendations to hiring managers.
  • Assist in extending the offers to candidates and negotiate salaries and benefits.
Onboarding & Induction:
  • Develop and implement the company\'s onboarding process for new employees.
  • Create and maintain onboarding materials and Induction plan.
  • Provide support to new employees during their first few weeks and months on the job, including answering questions, resolving issues, and introducing them to their new colleagues and managers.
  • Develop and deliver induction training programs: This includes creating training materials, such as presentations. Delivering Induction sessions to new employees, either in person or online.
  • Planning and scheduling Induction meetings of the new joiner with the respective business head as directed by the reporting manager.
HR policies and procedures:
  • Develop and implement new HR policies and procedures.
  • Review and update existing HR policies and procedures.
  • Ensure that the organization\'s HR policies and procedures are aligned with the organization\'s overall business goals and objectives.
  • Provide training and guidance on HR policies and procedures to employees and managers.
  • Preparing welcome note.
  • Preparing warning letters and content as required.
Employee Engagement:
  • Conduct employee surveys and other assessments to understand the needs and concerns of employees.
  • Develop and implement employee engagement programs and initiatives.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of employee engagement programs and provide insights to the management.
  • Communicate with employees about employee engagement programs and initiatives.
Performance Management System:
  • Assist in Developing and implementing the company\'s performance management system.
  • Train and support employees and managers on the performance management system.
HRIS:
  • Strong background in implementing and driving HRIS for different HR systems from recruitment to exit.
Medical Insurance:
  • Responsible for the addition and deletion of the medical insurance card as per the eligible category.
  • Ensure timely addition and deletion of the insurance cards.
Employee Relations:
  • Employee relations for blue-collar as well as white-collar staff.
  • Assist in addressing employee inquiries, concerns, and conflicts, and provide guidance on HR policies and procedures.
Job Requirements:
  • Graduation or MBA in HR preferred.
  • 5+ years of relevant work experience in the field of HR.
  • Experience in a manufacturing background.
  • Proven track record in implementing and maintaining HRIS.
  • Proficiency in driving performance management through HRIS.
  • Experience handling both blue-collar and white-collar staff.
  • Advanced Excel skills.
