As the HR Business Partner, you will be a trusted advisor to business leaders, collaborating closely to develop and implement HR initiatives that drive employee engagement, performance, and retention. From talent management and organizational development to employee relations and HR strategy, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our organization. The position will involve partnering with business leaders to understand their objectives and challenges, and developing HR strategies and initiatives that support the achievement of business goals and drive organizational effectiveness. You will be leading talent acquisition, development, and retention efforts, working closely with hiring managers to identify talent needs, develop succession plans, and foster a culture of continuous learning and development and providing expert guidance and support to managers and employees on HR policies, procedures, and best practices. You will furthermore focus on driving performance management processes, including goal setting, performance evaluations, and feedback discussions, and collaborating with managers to identify opportunities for performance improvement and career development. To be considered, you will hold a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (HR certification (e.g., SHRM, CIPD) is preferred), with a proven experience as an HR Business Partner or similar role, preferably within the FMCG or consumer goods industry. You will have a strong understanding of HR best practices, employment law, and regulations in the UAE, with the ability to apply them effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and influencing skills, with the ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization is essential.
