The Role
Position Title: HR Business Partner Employment Type: Full-time Salary: up to 40K AED all-inclusive depending on experience and qualifications Job Location: Dubai, UAE About the Client: A well-established F&B group
Requirements
: ? Collaborate with senior management to align HR strategies with the organization\'s overall goals and objectives ? Ensure that HR policies and practices are compliant with relevant laws and regulations. ? Establish and manage performance appraisal processes, setting clear goals and feedback mechanisms to enhance employee performance ? Utilize HR analytics to guide informed decisions and monitor key HR metrics and KPI\'s in enabling continuous improvement in HR strategies ? Manage employee benefits programs, evaluate their effectiveness, and make recommendations for improvements Qualifications: ? Open to Arabic nationals ? 40 years old and below ? Must have at least 7 years of experience in the same position ? Immediate joiners will be prioritized
