Our client is a global retail company and they are looking for an HR Business Partner to join the team in Dubai.The HR Business Partner will collaborate closely with senior leadership and divisional business leaders to strategize, develop, and implement people-focused initiatives that synchronize organizational structure, culture, and talent with our business objectives. Responsibilities include overseeing talent management, performance evaluation, fostering a positive culture and employee engagement, managing compensation and benefits, handling employee relations, overseeing HR process governance, and managing administrative HR tasks specific to designated countries.Requirements:
More than 5 years\' relevant HR experience is required.
Fluent in English (written and spoken).
Bachelors degree or equivalent experience in HR, Business or related field.
Intermediate to advanced computer skills: MS office, Excel and PowerPoint are required.
Experience working in B2B companies
UAE experience is a MUST
