HR Associate/ HR AdminJob OverviewWe are looking for a smart and energetic HR Associate/Admin to be a part of our Human Resources department. You will be primarily responsible for actively assisting in the entire recruitment process, admin works, Company license and all other renewal process. Besides, you should also be able to assist existing employees with of any of their queries.As an HR Associate, you should be able to contact and communicate with potential candidates on phone or email. Moreover, you should also be able cross-check candidate details and gather all important documents. Furthermore, you should ensure abiding to the legal guidelines at all times.To be able to perform in this job role, you should have a complete knowledge of best human resources practices and familiarity with various ATS. In addition to this, you should be empathetic and demonstrate good decision-making skills. Contacting and communicating with potential candidates
Reviewing candidate resumes and other important details
Communicating with candidate references to verify candidate details
Creating, maintaining, and updating potential candidates and employee records
Drafting and sending employee contracts
Guiding the candidates in completing all the necessary recruiting formalities
Collecting and maintaining all candidate and employee documents
Ensuring that the candidates are informed about the employee benefits and any other details
Addressing employee queries in a timely and professional manner
Maintaining the confidentiality of any sensitive information
Conducting training and recreational programs for the employees
Abiding to the legal requirements at all times
Coordinating day-to-day activities with Top management.
Employee all process (Recruitment process, Visa, renewal, medical etc. )
Company all license and AMC renewals (trade license, Insurance, Medical, Fire fighting fitness certificate etc.)

Requirements
Bachelors degree
1-3 years of work experience as an HR Associate, HR Coordinator, HR Consultant , or a similar role in the Human Resources department
Complete understanding of the human resources best practices and legal guidelines
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (English, Hindi)
Good time management and organizational skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Having an eye for detail
Ability to work independently and collaboratively
Highly motivated and reliable individual
Displaying a welcoming personality
