Job Description

Key Responsibilities :

• Recruitment & Onboarding :
• Assist with the recruitment process by posting job openings, reviewing resumes, and scheduling interviews.
• Coordinate with hiring managers to ensure a smooth recruitment process.
• Prepare offer letters and employment contracts.
• Support new employee onboarding, ensuring all necessary paperwork is completed and that new hires have the resources needed for a successful start.
• Employee Records & Documentation :
• Maintain and update employee files (both electronic and physical).
• Ensure compliance with all data protection and privacy regulations regarding employee information.
• Assist in preparing documents for performance reviews, promotions, and disciplinary actions.
• Benefits Administration :
• Assist employees with inquiries regarding benefits, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other perks.
• Coordinate open enrollment for benefits programs.
• Update and maintain benefits records in HRIS (Human Resources Information System).
• Employee Relations & Communication :
• Serve as a point of contact for employees for general HR inquiries.
• Help foster a positive workplace culture by assisting in employee engagement activities and events.
• Assist with addressing employee concerns and escalating issues to senior HR staff as needed.
• Compliance & Reporting :
• Support HR in ensuring the organization complies with labor laws and regulations.
• Help prepare reports and documentation for audits, HR metrics, and other legal requirements.
• Assist in preparing and updating employee handbooks, policies, and procedures.
• Training & Development :
• Assist in the coordination of training sessions and development programs for employees.
• Track and document employee training progress.
• HR System Maintenance :
• Update and maintain HRIS (Human Resources Information System) with accurate employee data.
• Support in generating reports on HR metrics such as turnover rates, absenteeism, and employee satisfaction.
• Payroll handling
• Must be good with data analytics and have comprehensive knowledge on Payroll systems
• Must have WPS processing knowledge
• Visa processing
• Possess knowledge of handling visa/renewals/Emirates id/Medical process

Required Skills and Qualifications :

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Previous experience in HR or administrative roles is a plus.
• Knowledge of HR processes and labor laws is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Familiarity with HRIS systems and payroll software is a plus.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.

Preferred Skills :

• Experience with recruitment platforms and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
• Knowledge of employee benefits programs.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED4,000.00 per month

Experience:

• UAE: 2 years (Required)
