Job Description

The HR Officer is responsible for overseeing employee relations, ensuring compliance with company policies, and maintaining accurate personnel records. This role requires a strong, assertive personality with the ability to handle sensitive HR matters efficiently and confidentially. The HR Officer will monitor and manage employee records, including tracking attendance, processing work permits, and handling any necessary documentation for regulatory compliance.

Key responsibilities include implementing and managing recruitment processes, coordinating onboarding procedures, and supporting employees throughout their lifecycle within the company. The HR Officer is skilled in quick decision-making, particularly in resolving employee issues, addressing disputes, and maintaining workforce morale. Familiarity with employee management systems is essential for efficient record-keeping and tracking.

An essential part of the role is to ensure alignment between HR activities and company goals, maintain a positive workplace culture, and uphold clear, transparent communication with employees and management. Integrity, attention to detail, and strong organizational skills are vital in this role to foster a productive and compliant work environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED1,800.00 - AED2,100.00 per month
