Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Assistant at Dr Scent in Sharjah. The Human Resources Assistant will be responsible for HR management, benefits administration, training coordination, and utilizing Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) to support HR functions.
Qualifications
• Human Resources (HR), HR Management, and HRIS skills
• Benefits Administration and Training experience
• Strong organizational and administrative skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Knowledge of labor laws and regulations
• Detail-oriented and ability to maintain confidentiality
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED4,500.00 per month
