Role Description:
The HR Assistant supports the HR department in various tasks related to employee management, recruitment, payroll, and administrative duties. This role requires attention to detail, strong communication skills, and the ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
Responsibilities:
• Assist in posting job vacancies, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews.
• Maintain and update employee records, including personal information, job titles, and salary details.
• Support payroll processing by preparing and verifying attendance, leaves, and other relevant data.
• Facilitate new hire orientation, prepare onboarding materials, and assist with the exit process.
• Address employee inquiries, provide support for HR-related concerns, and assist in resolving workplace issues.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies, assisting with audits and reporting as required.
• Handle day-to-day HR-related administrative tasks, including preparing letters, organizing files, and scheduling meetings.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 1-2 years of experience in HR or administrative roles. Prefer candidates with healthcare experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
