We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an HR Assistant. In this role, you will provide support to the Human Resources department by assisting with various administrative tasks and ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of HR functions. Responsibilities: 1. Assist with the recruitment process, including posting job openings, scheduling interviews, and corresponding with candidates. 2. Maintain employee records and ensure all documents are accurately filed and up-to-date. 3. Process paperwork related to new hires, terminations, and employee changes. 4. Coordinate employee training sessions and other HR-related events. 5. Assist with payroll processing and ensure accuracy of timekeeping records. 6. Respond to employee inquiries and provide assistance with HR-related issues. 7. Assist with the implementation and enforcement of HR policies and procedures. 8. Support HR projects and initiatives as needed. Qualifications: 1. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred. 2. Prior experience in an HR-related position. 3. Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines. 4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). 6. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion. 7.
