Education: MBA(HR)/Degree in Human Resources or related field.
Minimum 1-2 years Experience .
Responsibilities'
• Assisting HR with the process of recruitment, including assisting with interviews and issuing employment contracts.
• Assist with day to day operations of the HR functions and duties
• Supporting internal and external inquiries and requests related to the HR department.
• Process documentation and prepare reports relating to personnel activities (staffing, recruitment, training, grievances, performance evaluations etc)
• Compiling and maintaining paper, digital and electronic employee records.
• Entering employee data in software (SAP Knowledge added advantage).
• Writing and submitting reports on general HR activities. (Advanced Excel and Word)
• Overseeing HR events and meetings and coordinating management-employee communications.
• Basic knowledge of labor laws
• Strong communications skills.(Hindi, English)
