Job Title: HR EXECUTIVE (Female)
:
The HR Executive will play a crucial role in managing the company's human resources functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance with labor laws.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment and Onboarding - Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates. Conduct interviews, assess candidate suitability, and manage the onboarding process for new hires.
Employee Relations - Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns.
Foster a positive work environment through effective communication and conflict resolution.
Training and Development - Identify training needs and coordinate employee development programs. Provide guidance and support to managers on performance-related issues. Facilitate workshops and training sessions to enhance employee skills and performance.
Compliance and Policies - Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and regulations.
Update and maintain HR policies and procedures in line with industry best practices.
HR Administration - Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases.
Manage employee benefits programs and address related queries.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or Post Graduation Degree preferably in Human Resources.
Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in an HR role, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
Knowledge in visa processing, visa renewal, visa cancellation and able to handle relevant govt authority procedures.
Strong knowledge of HR principles and practices.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
