We are looking for an HR Assistant to support our HR department in daily administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will be a proactive individual with excellent organizational and communication skills. Key Responsibilities: - Assist with the recruitment process by posting job openings, reviewing resumes, and scheduling interviews. - Coordinate new hire onboarding and orientation programs. - Maintain employee records and ensure all documentation is up to date. - Process employee requests regarding HR issues, policies, and procedures. - Assist with payroll administration and timekeeping activities. - Support HR projects and initiatives as assigned. - Handle general HR inquiries and provide information to employees as needed. - Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations. Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field. - Proven experience as an HR Assistant or similar role. - Knowledge of HR functions and processes. - Familiarity with HR software and systems. - Strong attention to detail and accuracy. - Excellent organizational and time management skills. - Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information. - Proficient in Microsoft Office suite. - Fluent in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus.
