RESPONSIBILITIES: Completes and organizes filing of documents for Human Resources & other Departments as needed. Send email communication and follow up to management staff for needed personnel documentation and updates to meet compliance requirements. Directed on-boarding process, training and development, and investigation and resolution of all employee relation's issues. Assist with day to day operations of the HR functions and duties. Provide clerical and administrative support to Human Resources manager. Compile and update employee records (hard and soft copies). Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant data (absences, bonus, leaves, etc). Job Requirement: Proven experience as an HR Assistant Manager, or relevant human resources/administrative position Fast computer typing skills (MS Office, in particular) Knowledge of labor laws Excellent organizational skills Strong communications skills Degree in Human Resources or related field Please send your CV and Kindly mention the job position when applying.
