A key player in supporting the region\'s offshore energy sector and contributing to its growth and development.Job Overview:We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced HR Assistant Manager to join our client dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the HR Manager in all aspects of human resources management, including recruitment, performance management, employee relations, and compliance.Key Responsibilities:
Assist the HR Manager in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures in line with company objectives and local laws and regulations
Coordinate and manage the recruitment process, including job postings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting reference checks
Develop and maintain relationships with recruitment agencies and other external partners to ensure a strong talent pipeline
Support the performance management process by coordinating employee evaluations, providing feedback, and identifying areas for improvement
Handle employee relations issues, including conducting investigations, providing guidance, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures
Maintain accurate employee records and ensure all HR systems are up to date and in compliance with data protection regulations
Assist with the planning and execution of employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive and inclusive work culture
Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations
Stay updated on HR best practices and industry trends to continuously improve HR processes and procedures
Qualifications and Requirements:
Bachelor\'s degree in human resources management or a related field
Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar HR role, preferably in the UAE
Strong knowledge of UAE labor laws and regulations
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proven experience in recruitment, performance management, and employee relations
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Proficiency in HRIS and Microsoft Office Suite
Professional certification in HR (e.g. SHRM, CIPD) is a plus
