Roles and Responsibilities:
• Recruitment Assistance : Assisting with the recruitment process by posting job ads, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and communicating with candidates.
• Onboarding and Offboarding : Supporting the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing orientation materials and assisting with the completion of necessary paperwork. For offboarding, assisting with exit interviews and processing termination paperwork.
• Support in Employee Relations : Assisting with handling employee inquiries, and supporting HR initiatives aimed at enhancing employee satisfaction.
• Administrative Support : Handling day-to-day HR administrative tasks such as maintaining employee records, scheduling meetings, and managing correspondence.
• Male candidates preferred.
• Arabic Speaker preferred.
