The Role

A major multinational Fortune 500 Japanese business group based in Dubai is seeking an HR Administrator. This role involves providing general HR assistance and support to the Human Resource Manager, specifically regarding RS (Rotating Staff) Human Resources issues. The position requires adherence to company requirements, relevant legislation, company policy, and best practices. SCOPE OF JOB o To assist with the implementation of RS HR policies and procedures such as on-boarding & off-boarding, payroll, accommodation, and welfare o To build a professional and efficient support in line with company administrative policy o To maintain the confidentiality of information at all time



Requirements

Qualifications: o Good standard of education Skills (Competencies) o Fluent in Japanese & good in written and verbal communication in English o Good skills in all Microsoft office programs Word, Excel and PowerPoint o Strong communication and influencing skills o Planning and organization skills Personal Qualities o Good interpersonal skills o Team player o Multitasking with attention to detail to generate soundness and quality in work o Consistency in level of work and timely delivery of results o Flexibility, adaptability, respect to work ethics, positive attitude, and participating in team decisions, prioritizing work, and time -management consciousness. EXPERIENCE o Previous HR or administration experience (1- 3 years). o Experience of working in a team environment for an International Business
