Job Description

Here are some typical job responsibilities that could be listed for an HR intern position on a job site:

- Assist with recruitment efforts by screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting initial candidate phone screens

- Support onboarding process for new hires by preparing paperwork, conducting orientation sessions, and coordinating training

- Maintain accurate employee records and files in HRIS database

- Assist with posting open positions on job boards and the company careers site

- Provide administrative support for HR projects and initiatives as needed

- Respond to basic employee questions and direct them to appropriate HR resources

- Assist with planning and execution of employee engagement events and programs

- Conduct research and data analysis to support HR metrics and reporting

- Perform other clerical duties such as filing, data entry, copying, faxing as assigned

- Gain exposure to various HR functions such as benefits, compensation, employee relations, etc.

Requirements:

- Currently pursuing/completed a degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite

- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion

- Excellent organizational and multi-tasking abilities

Job Type: Internship
Contract length: 2 months

Pay: AED500.00 - AED1,000.00 per month
