This is a remote position. Assisting with the recruitment process, including sourcing candidates, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
Conducting initial phone screenings to assess candidate qualifications and fit for the role.
Coordinating interview logistics, such as booking meeting rooms and arranging travel for candidates.
Maintaining applicant tracking system and updating candidate records.
Assisting with the preparation of job descriptions and posting job ads on various platforms.
Providing administrative support to the recruitment team as needed.
Requirements
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.
Fluent Written and spoken English
Previous experience in recruitment or HR administration is preferred.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office suite.
