HR Assistant (UAE Nationals) Al Fares International Tents is seeking an efficient and professional HR Assistant to join our team. He/She should able to support the HR department in all HR functions related to the factory operations. This includes recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, compliance, and administrative support.
Key Responsibilities:
o Assist in the recruitment process by posting job advertisements, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
o Coordinate the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing orientation materials, conducting orientation sessions, and ensuring all necessary paperwork is completed.
o Maintain employee files and records in electronic and paper form. o Serve as a point of contact for employees regarding HR-related queries and issues.
o Assist in the investigation and resolution of employee issues, conflicts, and disciplinary matters. o Promote a positive work environment and assist in implementing employee engagement initiatives.
o Assist in the performance appraisal process by scheduling evaluations, collecting necessary documentation, and tracking performance review dates. o Support managers in addressing performance issues and developing performance improvement plans.
o Ensure compliance with local labour laws and company policies.
o Assist in maintaining and updating HR policies and procedures.
o Conduct regular audits of HR files and records to ensure compliance.
o Perform general administrative tasks such as filing, typing, copying, and scanning documents.
o Assist in payroll processing by providing relevant employee information (e.g., leaves of absence, sick days, and work schedules).
o Support the implementation of health and safety programs and policies. o Assist in conducting safety audits and inspections.
Qualifications:
? Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
? 1-2 years of experience in an HR role, preferably in a manufacturing or factory setting.
? Knowledge of HR functions, labor laws, and best practices.
? Strong organizational and time management skills.
? Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
? Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
? Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
