ob Summary:
We are looking for an experienced HR End of Services Specialist to manage all aspects of employee terminations and end-of-service processing, specifically for a high-volume, blue-collar workforce. This role is responsible for ensuring compliance with labor laws, handling sensitive employee exit matters, calculating final settlements, and maintaining smooth transitions. The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of high-volume employee management, especially in blue-collar industries, and possesses excellent interpersonal and organizational skills.
Key Responsibilities:
• End-of-Service Processing: Manage end-to-end processes for employee terminations, including documentation, exit interviews, and compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
• Final Settlements: Calculate final payments, severance, gratuities, and other end-of-service benefits in accordance with company policies and legal requirements.
• Policy Adherence: Ensure strict compliance with local labor laws, employment regulations, and company policies during the end-of-service process.
• Documentation & Record-Keeping: Maintain accurate records and documentation for all exiting employees, ensuring transparency and accountability.
• Employee Communication: Serve as the point of contact for exiting employees, providing clear communication and support throughout the exit process.
• Stakeholder Coordination: Work closely with payroll, finance, and operations teams to ensure timely processing of end-of-service payments and deductions.
• Exit Interviews & Insights: Conduct exit interviews to gather feedback, identify trends, and provide insights to improve employee retention and organizational practices.
• Compliance Management: Stay updated on labor laws and ensure that all end-of-service processes meet legal and regulatory standards.
• Process Improvement: Identify areas for improvement in the end-of-service process, implementing best practices for efficiency and effectiveness.
• Support for High-Volume Turnover: Handle a high volume of cases with attention to detail, maintaining high standards of professionalism and empathy.
Qualifications:
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. HR certification is a plus.
• Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of HR experience, with a focus on end-of-service processes, terminations, and high-volume blue-collar workforce management.
• Skills:
• Proficiency in HR software and systems for data management and payroll processing.
• Strong knowledge of local labor laws and employment regulations.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Experience in managing high-volume processes in a fast-paced environment.
