Zapegg Tax Consultant is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented
HR Assistant
to support our human resources operations in Dubai. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about HR functions and enjoys working in a dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in recruitment processes, including job postings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
Maintain employee records and update HR databases.
Support the onboarding and orientation of new employees.
Handle attendance, leave management, and payroll coordination.
Assist in organizing training programs and employee engagement activities.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
Address employee inquiries regarding HR-related issues.
Prepare HR reports and documentation as required.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Previous experience in HR or administrative support is preferred.
Strong knowledge of HR practices and labor laws.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and HR management software is an advantage.
Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism.
