Summary
As an HR Assistant, you will be integral to supporting the human resources department by managing various administrative tasks and ensuring efficient HR operations. Reporting to the HR Manager, you will utilize your core skills in human resources and communication to assist with recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations. Your premium skills in HRIS, along with relevant experience in Workday, Salesforce, and ATS systems, will enhance our HR processes. Responsibilities
• Assist in the recruitment process by posting job openings and screening resumes using ATS systems .
• Maintain employee records and HRIS data entry to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Support onboarding processes and facilitate new hire orientation.
• Communicate effectively with team members and management regarding HR policies and procedures.
• Manage social media platforms to promote company culture and job openings.
• Provide administrative support to the HR department as needed.
Qualifications
• Family book is a must.
• Strong understanding of human resources principles and practices
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Proficiency in HRIS, particularly Workday and PeopleSoft
• Experience with data entry and administrative tasks
• Familiarity with ATS systems.
• Knowledge of social media management for recruitment purposes
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
