Zapegg Tax Consultant is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Human Resources Assistant to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting various HR functions, including onboarding, employee records management, and the implementation of HR policies. This role is crucial in ensuring a positive work environment and seamless HR operations.

Main Responsibilities:

• Onboarding: Assist with onboarding new employees, conducting new hire orientations, and ensuring a smooth transition into the company.
• HR Operations: Support day-to-day HR operations, ensuring that all employee records are up-to-date and accurate.
• Admin Work: Manage administrative tasks related to employee onboarding and off-boarding processes.
• Policy Implementation: Implement HR policies throughout the organization to maintain compliance and consistency.
• Employee Support: Process employee queries and respond in a timely manner, ensuring satisfaction with the work environment.
• Legislation Compliance: Stay up-to-date with and ensure compliance with changes in labor legislation.
• Benefits Communication: Inform employees about additional benefits they are eligible for, such as extra vacation days.
• HR Solutions: Develop HR solutions by collecting and analyzing information, recommending courses of action.
• Record Management: Update employee records with new hire information or changes in employment status.
• Positive Work Environment: Support leadership in creating and maintaining a positive and motivating work environment.
• Attendance Monitoring: Maintain and monitor the attendance system and prepare monthly reports.
• HR Calendar: Create, maintain, and support HR calendar activities to ensure all tasks are completed on time.

Ideal Candidate:

Qualifications:

• Fresh graduate or 1 to 3 years of experience as an HR Assistant, with a background in HR systems and processes.
• Bachelor's degree in HR or a related field.

Knowledge and Competency:

• Solid understanding of labor legislation and payroll processes.
• Views HR as a customer experience center for employees.
• Strong understanding of industry best practices.

Personality:

• Strong communicator with a pleasant and approachable personality.
• Empathetic, with the ability to understand and relate to others.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to AED3,000.00 per month
