Key Responsibilities:
• Recruitment and Onboarding:
• Assist in creating job postings and advertisements.
• Screen resumes and applications to identify suitable candidates.
• Conduct initial phone screenings and coordinate interviews.
• Assist in the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing offer letters and employment contracts.
• HR Administration:
• Maintain and update employee records in HR systems.
• Assist with the administration of HR policies and procedures.
• Support the HR team in various projects and initiatives.
• Employee Relations:
• Provide support in handling employee inquiries and issues.
• Assist in organizing and coordinating employee engagement activities.
• Support the HR team in maintaining a positive work environment.
• Compliance and Reporting:
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
• Assist in preparing HR reports and metrics for management.
• Support the HR team during audits and compliance checks.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 1-2 years of experience in HR or recruitment.
• Strong understanding of HR principles and practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy.
