DescriptionJob Summary: Looking for HR Assistant in Dubai, United Arab Emirates (UAE)Job Key Details:
- Provide administrative support to the HR department
- Handle employee data and records, including confidential information
- Support the recruitment and onboarding processes
- Schedule interviews and meetings
- Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures
- Respond to employee inquiries and provide support as needed
- Assist with employee training and development initiatives
- Conduct research and compile data as required
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR files as well as documentation
- Assist with payroll processing and benefits administration
- Perform any other related tasks as may be required
- Bachelor\'s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field
- At least 2+ years of experience in the HR administrative role
- Must have a strong understanding of HR policies and procedures
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
- Highly organized with excellent attention to detail
- Proficient in Microsoft Office as well as HRIS systems
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Fast computer typing skills required
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
