Handling Employee Documentation: Manage and maintain employee records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality. Prepare and organize HR documents, including contracts and personnel files.
Employee relation and Communication : Effectively communicate HR policies and procedures to employees. Provide assistance and support to employees regarding HR-related matters.
Orientation: Assist in organizing and conducting employee orientation programs. Facilitate a smooth onboarding experience for new employees.
Payroll : Work collaboratively with the HR team to support payroll activities. Ensure accurate record-keeping and assist in resolving payroll-related inquiries.
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Up to 2 years of HR-related experience.
Strong knowledge of handling employee documentation, orientation, and payroll processes.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Detail-oriented and able to maintain confidentiality.
