We are looking for an HR Assistant cum Reception Coordinator, to provide day to day administration support to the PRO & HR manager and coordinate meetings to maintain our employee database.
The candidate must have good organization ability and communication skills. You should be able to work autonomously and remain calm under pressure.
Candidates with experience handling HR roles in a facility management company would be preferred.
Job Responsibilities
• Recruitment, Visa Processing and Candidate On-boarding.
• Manage employee Relations, Disciplinary, and Employee exit
• Updating and maintaining the PRO database e.g. tracking expiry of passports, labor contracts, labor cards and visa etc;
• Co-ordinate for passports and/or labor cards/ visa renewals with PRO;
• Ensuring all relevant documentation and information is forwarded to the PRO;
• Other duties which may be assigned by the Management from time to time.
Job Requirements
• Graduation.
• Mandatory 1-2 years' experience as an HR Assistant, Staff Assistant or relevant human resources/administrative position.
• Fluency in Hindi is a must.
• Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular)
• Basic knowledge of labor laws.
• Good communication skills
• Excellent attention to details.
• Can work well under pressure.
