Your Role As an HR Assistant, you will perform the administrative tasks of the department according to the instructions of the immediate superior as well as these various accountabilities: Filing and archiving all documentation related to the department Deal with staff sanctions. Distribute pay slips to foremen. Ordering and managing non-productive equipment (office supplies, etc.). Prepare disciplinary action letters.

Your Background Bac+2; Specialized Technician in HR, or a related field. Good level in French is mandatory. Computer skills and organization are required. Availability & Flexibility. Good communication skills.
