We are seeking a skilled HR Assistant with a minimum of two years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be fluent in both Arabic and English, with strong communication skills in both languages. The HR Assistant will provide support to the HR department in various administrative tasks and assist in the implementation of HR policies and procedures. Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the recruitment process by posting job openings, scheduling interviews, and conducting initial screenings of candidates.
Maintain employee records and ensure accuracy and confidentiality of HR documents.
Coordinate employee onboarding and orientation programs, including the preparation of new hire paperwork and training materials.
Assist in employee relations activities, including resolving employee inquiries and concerns.
Support HR projects and initiatives, such as performance management, employee engagement surveys, and training programs.
Provide administrative support to the HR team, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and preparing reports.
Assist with translation and interpretation tasks between Arabic and English as needed.
Qualifications:
Bachelor\'s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of two years of experience in HR administration or a similar role.
Fluency in both Arabic and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills in both languages.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
