Key Responsibilities:
• Employee documents filing and periodical reconciliation.
• Custodian of employee passport.
• Ensuring passports are renewed by employee within schedule.
• Assisting Manager HR for drafting of various letters (warning/termination/other letters)
• Regular updating employee data on HRIS.
• Performing administrative tasks as and when assigned.
• Any other tasks given by Manager HR or Director HR.
Qualification
• B. Com / Graduate
• 3-5 years of working experience in HR or Administrative.
• Well versed with computer skills.
• Good communication skills
