: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR Assistant to join our growing team at AimApex IT Services LLC. The HR Assistant will provide vital support to the HR department by assisting with various administrative tasks and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. This position offers an excellent opportunity to gain valuable experience in human resources within the fast-paced IT industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with the recruitment process by posting job openings, scheduling interviews, and corresponding with candidates.
• Coordinate new hire onboarding activities, including paperwork completion and orientation sessions.
• Maintain and update employee records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
• Support the administration of employee benefits programs and assist employees with benefit-related inquiries.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
• Assist with payroll processing and address basic payroll inquiries from employees.
• Provide general administrative support to the HR department, including scheduling meetings, preparing documents, and managing correspondence.
• Assist with HR projects and initiatives, such as policy updates and employee engagement programs.
• Handle employee inquiries and issues related to HR policies and procedures.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Previous experience in an HR support role preferred.
• Knowledge of HR processes and best practices.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
