Cancellation and Termination formalities.
Helping Visa process preparation.
Well knowledge with visa processing rules and regulations, Ministry of labor, Ministry of Immigration U.A.E.
Preparing monthly reports; New Joiners, Leavers, Cancelled, Visa Expiry
MIS HR Report (HRMIS)
Recruitment Status
Compile and update employee record (Hard and soft copy).
New Joinee, orientation.
Responsible for Health Insurance Card addition, deletion, and medical reimbursement. And for Workmen compensation.
Organize travel requirements, booking flights, accommodation and restaurant reservations when necessary.
Assist HR team for payroll procedures.
Primary Responsibility:
Manage all employee records to ensure they are updated at all times (Personnel files, visas, and contact details)
Keep track of employee related issues and ensure Master lists are updated.
Handle new joiner process formalities so that employees are on boarded successfully and on time.
Document all HR processes: on-boarding, appraisals, exit interviews, leavers, retirements, maternity and ensure master list, trackers and system is kept up to date
Ensure probation reviews are done on time and confirmation letters are issued to all employees.
Prepare employee letters, certificates, NOCs...
Coordinates with the employees, government authorities when required.
Qualifications, Experience and Education Requirements
A graduate of Human Resources or any related degree
Should have minimum 5 years HR experience
High degree of proficiency in MS Office functions, especially Excel will be advantageous.
In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices
Preferably with Driving License
