HR and Admin Assistant
Main Responsibilities:
• Assist HR & Admin Manager on day today duties.
• Help in hiring process of talented individuals through job alerts.
• Ensure company's employees follow the company's policies
• Have a deep understanding of all labor laws(UAE) and help the organization ensure compliance with all relevant laws
• Proceed in benefit plans, healthcare, retirement plans,
• Maintaining the excel tracker relating to Document validity and renewals.
• Coordinate with employees to renew their passport.
• Maintaining physical and digital files for employees and their documents.
• Obtain new Visa and Renewals, Medical and EID
Requirements:
-Strong Excel Knowledge is a must and HR Software systems
-Any Nationality
-Education: Any certificate related
-Experience: Minimum 1 years in UAE is most
-Job Type: Full-time
