:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced HR & Quality Coordinator to join our team. This dual-role position requires a strong understanding of human resources management and healthcare quality assurance to ensure smooth operations, a productive work environment, and the highest level of patient care.

HR Responsibilities:

Manage the recruitment and selection process, including posting job openings, conducting interviews, and onboarding new hires.

Prepare and manage employee contracts in compliance with local labor laws.

Oversee employee performance management, including regular evaluations and feedback.

Organize training and development programs for staff to enhance skills and productivity.

Administer employee benefits, compensation, and payroll.

Ensure proper communication between management and staff and address any internal concerns or complaints.

Quality Responsibilities:

Develop and implement quality assurance standards in line with healthcare regulations.

Conduct regular audits and evaluations to ensure compliance with medical and operational procedures.

Design and implement patient safety initiatives and best practices.

Provide training on quality standards for medical and administrative staff.

Collect and analyze data related to patient care and employee performance to identify areas for improvement.

Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and industry standards.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field preferred Strong organizational skills with attention to detail Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Proficiency in MS Office applications
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
