Job Description

Position: HR Assistant

Responsibilities:

• Tracking and maintaining accurate records of employees' work hours, ensuring compliance with labor laws, company policies, and applicable contracts.
• Monitor employees' Time-in and Time-out using attendance biometric machine or manual logs.
• Ensure that employee time records are accurate and complete, identifying and correcting any discrepancies.
• Monitor, Track and Record employee absences, including sick days, personal emergency leave, and annual vacation days.
• Generate weekly or monthly reports to the management regarding employee attendance, hours worked, and leave balances.
• Assists, participate payroll process and provide accurate timekeeping data to ensure employees are paid correctly and on time.
• Address employee inquiries regarding timekeeping, hours worked, or discrepancies.
• Organize, compile, update company personnel records and documentations.
• Manage and update HR databases with different information such as new hires, terminations, sick leaves, warnings, vacation and days off
• Handles employee Performance & KPI's, and disciplinary actions.
• Assist with payroll processing by ensuring timesheets, attendance records, and other payroll-related data are accurate.
• Help employees with questions about their pay, deductions, and benefits.
• Assist in addressing employee concerns or inquiries regarding HR policies, workplace issues, and workplace safety.
• Maintain confidentiality in handling sensitive employee information.
• Help organize and coordinate employee engagement activities, events, and recognition programs.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
• Previous experience in timekeeping, payroll, or administrative roles preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook). Familiarity with HR software (e.g., HRIS, payroll systems) and timekeeping softwares is a plus.
• Strong ability to identify discrepancies and ensure the accuracy of time records and resolve timekeeping or payroll issues effectively.
• Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with employees and management.
• Capable of managing multiple tasks and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality.
• Familiarity with UAE labor laws.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
