Job Overview:
We are looking for a highly organized and HR Assistant to join our team. This is a great opportunity for individuals who are available to join immediately and have their own visa. As an HR Assistant, you will provide administrative support to the HR department, assisting with key HR functions including recruitment, employee onboarding, benefits administration, and compliance. The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and eager to contribute to the success of the HR team.
Key Responsibilities:
• Recruitment & Onboarding:
• Assist with the recruitment process, including posting job advertisements, reviewing resumes, and scheduling interviews.
• Support new employee onboarding, preparing orientation materials, conducting introductory sessions, and ensuring new hires have a smooth transition.
• Maintain and update candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
• Employee Records Management:
• Manage and update employee files, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
• Track and document employee attendance, leave requests, and absences.
• Assist in maintaining performance records, training logs, and other relevant employee data.
• Benefits Administration:
• Assist employees with questions related to benefits programs such as health insurance, retirement plans, and other company-sponsored benefits.
• Help coordinate benefits enrollment and open enrollment periods.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records related to employee benefits.
• Payroll Support:
• Gather and verify necessary data (e.g., work hours, overtime, leaves) for accurate payroll processing.
• Assist in ensuring all employee compensation information is current and accurate.
• Compliance & Documentation:
• Ensure compliance with labor laws, workplace safety regulations, and other relevant legal standards.
• Assist in preparing HR-related documents and reports, including employee handbooks and policy updates.
• Support audits and regulatory reporting as needed.
• General HR Support:
• Act as a point of contact for employee inquiries about HR policies, procedures, and programs.
• Assist in scheduling HR-related meetings, training sessions, and employee reviews.
• Support employee relations and conflict resolution efforts as necessary.
• Participate in HR projects related to employee engagement, wellness programs, or diversity and inclusion initiatives.
Qualifications:
• Education:
• High School Diploma or equivalent required; Associate's Degree or Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
• Experience:
• Previous experience in an administrative or HR support role is preferred but not required.
• Familiarity with HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems) and ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) is an advantage.
• Skills & Abilities:
• Strong organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HR software tools.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED2,500.00 per month
