Recruitment Support:
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented HR Assistant to join our team. The HR Assistant will provide support in various HR functions, including recruitment, employee records management, benefits administration,employee relations and Assist PRO works.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist with the recruitment process by posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
• Conduct reference checks and assist with background screening processes.
• Prepare offer letters and new hire paperwork.
Employee Records Management:
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, both digital and physical.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements related to employee records.
Benefits Administration:
• Respond to employee inquiries regarding benefits, leave policies, and other HR-related matters.
• Coordinate with benefits providers and ensure accurate and timely processing of employee benefits.
• Employee Relations:
• Provide administrative support in handling employee relations issues, including preparing documentation and scheduling meetings.
• Assist in organizing employee engagement activities, such as team-building events and recognition programs.
• Support the HR team in maintaining a positive work environment and addressing employee concerns.
• General HR Support:
• Assist with the preparation of HR communications, including announcements, newsletters, and policy updates.
• Provide support for payroll processing, including data entry and verifying timesheets.
• Handle administrative tasks such as filing, answering phones, and responding to HR-related inquiries.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
• Minimum 3 Years of UAE experience as HR Assistant.
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to maintain confidentiality.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Preferred Skills:
• Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
