Duties & Responsibilities:
- Manage the transactional elements of HR including HR reporting, maintaining Employee data, and drafting employment contracts and will assist with the implementation of various HR systems.
- Process employees paperwork (Induction of new employees, employee leave application, rejoining, personal request, resignation, etc.).
- Manage employees' medical insurance (addition, deletion, and reimbursement)
- Responsible in maintaining records pertaining to the renewal/ registration/ cancellation of all govt related jobs
- Prepare Employment & Salary Certificate, undertaking letters and Warning notices and manage leave records, leave application, and calculating leave balance, leave salary, final settlement and service pay.
-Basic knowledge of UAE labor laws, immigration policies, and government regulations
- Maintain confidentiality at all times and ensure any sensitive issues are dealt with appropriately.
Requirements:
• A minimum of 1 years of proven experience in a similar role in UAE.
• Bachelor's degree in business administration, human resources, or a relevant field.
• Available to join immediately
• Good Command in English, Hindi, Malayalam languages.
• Strong proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook) and other office software.

Pay: AED1,800.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
