Assist in the recruitment process, including posting job openings, conducting initial screenings, and scheduling interviews.
Payroll Handling
Maintain HR records, files, and databases in a confidential and organized manner.
Provide administrative support to the HR team in various tasks such as onboarding, orientation, and employee training.
Assist in HR-related paperwork, including preparing employment contracts, offer letters, and HR reports.
Coordinate and schedule meetings, interviews, and training sessions.
Manage and update employee information and assist in payroll-related activities.
Help promote a diverse and inclusive work environment.
Handle employee inquiries and support employee well-being initiatives.
Requirements:
Previous experience in an HR assistant or similar role is preferred.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
A positive and collaborative attitude.
