The Role

TownX Real Estate Development LLC is an established property developer in Dubai specializing in creating luxurious residential buildings. TownX Real Estate Development LLC is looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Operations & HR Assistant to join its dynamic team. This role will be responsible for company data and information management, ensuring data and form accuracy, managing HR recruitment, training schedule and all records for staff, collaborating with the Zoho CRM Development Manager to test and implement changes to the CRM, and maintaining data quality and controls to ensure all operational processes run smoothly. Key Responsibilities: Data and Information Management: o Manage and maintain the company's data and information systems. o Ensure accuracy and integrity of data in all forms and records. o Regularly audit data to ensure compliance with company policies and regulations. HR Records Management: o Maintain up-to-date HR records for all staff, including contracts, personal details, and performance records. o Ensure confidentiality and security of all HR-related information. o Assist in the preparation of HR reports and documentation. CRM Collaboration: o Work closely with the Zoho CRM Development Manager to test and implement changes to the CRM system. o Ensure all CRM updates are accurately reflected in the system. o Provide feedback on CRM functionality and suggest improvements. Data Quality and Controls: o Implement data quality checks and controls to ensure operational processes are managed effectively. o Identify and rectify data inconsistencies and errors. o Develop and enforce data management policies. Operational Support: o Assist in the development and implementation of operational processes and procedures. o Support the operations team in various administrative tasks. o Coordinate with different departments to ensure smooth operational workflow.



Requirements

• Proven experience in operations and HR roles. o Experience in data management and CRM applications. o Strong attention to detail and accuracy. o Excellent organizational and time management skills. Ability to meet activity/task deadlines. o Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. o Strong written, verbal communication and interpersonal skills. o Strong proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint) applications. Preferred Skills: o Experience with HR software and tools, ideally in Zoho People. o Knowledge of data privacy regulations and best practices. o Certification in HR or related fields is a plus.
