• Assist the Human Resources Manager and General Manager in day to day operations.
• To be sure the proper announcement of the Joiners and leavers and proper coordination of every probation completion appraisal review for every associates.
• Making sure that Employment Contract preparation has a proper recruitment documents backups, intact and in place.
•
• Make it sure that the on boarding documents especially the & Code of Practice & Ethics of all the new joiners are in place.
• Responsible for maintaining personnel record in the system and accurate inventory of associate original passport completely updated with a proper backups.
• Make it sure that the related documentations / Backus for the Leased Outlets in place and in line with the company policy.
• A proper documentation for Visa application, Visa Cancellation, and transfer.
• Responsible to maintain the confidential employee file, proper and organize filling up to date for each of the employee.
• Proper recording of annual leave, comp-off, PH, sick leave forms and maintaining the actual monthly report.
• Processing the staff all leaves entitlement according to the property procedure; make it sure the travelling dates will property arrange and with approvals.
• Handling HOD and associates complaints and queries; manage to handle and escalated with the proper backups and ensure that's all staff queries are dealt with promptly attended with the Human Resource.
• Develop and implement a human resource plan and personnel management policies.
• Responsible for all outlet least proper documentation updated and filed and full responsibility of outlet least department artist permits with full back ups.
• Responsible for any HR meetings and function to be arrange it accordingly; to be ensure that all materials and documents are ready and available before and after the function; Responsible to call on the participants & Guest to advise the proper program info or the meeting minutes and void the miscommunication.
• Responsible to any HR event to (Birthday, Gathering's and etch.) to be announce in advance and will posted in the notice board; invitation to be share and track the attendees.
• Ensure HR Processes, Policies & Systems are followed in any activity carried out.
Handling the performance management cycle process from start to end and monitor timely and accurate completion of the appraisals.
• Work individually as well as in teams in the organization analysis, design, development and implementation of programs, policies and strategies.
• Collect, analyze and present data to describe performance of various L&D interventions, identify areas for change and recommend action plans.
• Diagnose/analyze organizational issues; develop and assist others in developing and implementing change interventions that will improve organizational functioning.
• Make it sure that all governmental required training are updated, complete and filed.
• You will be the overall support for the Human Resource Department.
Education:
• Bachelor's (Preferred)
Experience:
• hr/administrative assistant: 1 year (Preferred) experience Hotel Industry.
• In a multi-cultural environment and familiar with the UAE labour laws.
