Elan Real Estate is seeking talented and driven UAE Nationals to join our dynamic team in Dubai as HR and Conveyancing Specialists . If you're passionate about real estate and have expertise in HR or conveyancing, we invite you to grow with us in an exciting and rewarding environment.

Key Responsibilities:

HR Role:

• Manage recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations processes.
• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in line with UAE labor laws.
• Ensure a positive and engaging workplace culture.
• Oversee performance management, training, and development initiatives.

Conveyancing Role:

• Handle real estate transaction documentation and processes efficiently.
• Liaise with government departments, developers, and clients to ensure seamless property transfer.
• Ensure all legal and compliance requirements are met during property transactions.
• Maintain accurate and secure records of all transactions.

Requirements:

• Nationality: UAE Nationals (Emirati candidates only).
• Location: Based in Dubai.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Law, Human Resources, or related fields.
• Proven experience in HR, conveyancing, or a related real estate role is highly desirable.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong knowledge of UAE labor laws and real estate regulations.
