Job Description

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Attendance and leave management
• Recruitment
• Data Management
• Salary Processing / Payroll
• Employee Data
• Staff Scheduling
• Performance Management
• Administrative Function
• Calculate the employee's eligibility days, leave salary and final and full settlement before having it approved and checked by the Chief Accountant
• Act as the Executive Secretary to the Area Operations Manager
• Stationery Management
• Ensure that contract renewals are done in a timely manner
• Generate Memos, offer letters; contract letters for the selected candidates.
• Collect documents from employees as per standard checklist in coordination with the PRO

SKILLS and REQUIREMENTS:

• Any Nationality
• Available inside the UAE
• Available for immediate joining
• Work experience as an HR & Admin Officer, HR Administrative Assistant or similar role in UAE Food and Beverage
• Basic knowledge of UAE labor legislation
• Experience using VLOOKUP application and Tally ERP System
• Organizational skills
• Good verbal and written communication skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to AED2,500.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Abu Dhabi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Experience:

• HR/Admin: 1 year (Preferred)

Expected Start Date: 18/12/2024
