We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR and Admin Officer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily administrative and HR activities of the company. The ideal candidate should have excellent organizational skills and be able to handle both administrative tasks and HR-related duties.
Responsibilities:
• HR Responsibilities:
• Manage the recruitment and selection process, including sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and issuing employment contracts.
• Coordinate employee onboarding and orientation programs.
• Maintain employee records and manage HR documents such as employment contracts and company policies.
• Handle employee relations, including conflict resolution, grievances, and disciplinary actions.
• Administer employee benefits programs and ensure compliance with statutory requirements.
• Administrative Responsibilities:
• Oversee daily office operations and ensure smooth functioning of facilities.
• Manage office supplies and equipment, including procurement and maintenance.
• Assist in organizing company events, meetings, and conferences.
• Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence and maintain organized filing systems.
• Provide administrative support to management and other departments as needed.
Requirements:
• Proven experience as an HR Officer, HR Administrator, or similar role.
• Knowledge of HR functions and best practices.
• Hands-on experience with HR software (e.g., ERP).
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or relevant field.

Pay: AED5,000.00 per month
