Job Title: HR and Admin Officer ARABIC SPEAKER
Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and proactive HR and Admin Officer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing various HR functions, ensuring compliance with company policies, and providing administrative support across the organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in both HR and office management, excellent communication skills, and a passion for fostering a positive work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Human Resources:
Manage the recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding new employees.
Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with legal requirements.
Maintain employee records and handle payroll administration.
Oversee employee performance reviews and manage employee relations.
Organize training and development initiatives to support employee growth.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
Administration:
Manage office supplies, equipment, and overall office operations.
Handle travel arrangements, meeting scheduling, and event coordination.
Assist with budgeting and expense management.
Maintain confidential files and documents.
Liaise with external vendors and service providers.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
2+ years of experience in HR and administrative roles.
Strong understanding of HR best practices and labor laws.
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
