As an HR and Admin Intern, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our HR and administrative functions. This internship is designed to provide hands-on experience in recruitment, employee relations, and office management.
Key Responsibilities:
• Recruitment Support: Assist in the recruitment process by posting job openings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting initial candidate assessments.
• Employee Onboarding: Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing paperwork, conducting orientations, and coordinating training schedules.
• HR Administration: Maintain employee records, update HR databases, and ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures.
• Assistance in HR Projects: Support various HR initiatives such as performance management, employee engagement surveys, and talent development programs.
• Administrative Support: Assist in general administrative tasks including filing, data entry, scheduling meetings, and handling office correspondence.
• Office Management: Help maintain office supplies inventory, handle vendor relationships, and support facility management.
• Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
