The HR and Admin Executive will assist in managing the day-to-day operations of HR and administrative tasks within Goceleb. This role will focus on recruitment, employee relations, performance tracking, office management, and general administrative duties to ensure smooth operations and a positive work environment. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, organizational ability, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment & Onboarding:
Assist in posting job openings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and coordinating the selection process.
Support the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing orientation materials and ensuring all necessary documentation is completed.
Employee Records & Documentation:
Maintain and update employee records, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with data protection regulations.
Prepare HR-related documents such as contracts, attendance reports, and performance evaluations.
Employee Engagement & Office Management:
Help organize company events, team-building activities, and celebrations to foster employee engagement and morale.
Assist in monitoring employee satisfaction and contribute to addressing any concerns or issues.
Manage office supplies, order stationery, and ensure a well-organized office space.
Assist in managing office equipment, ensuring everything is functional and well-maintained.
Vendor Coordination & Administrative Support:
Liaise with external vendors for office-related services (cleaning, security, etc.) and maintain vendor relationships.
Assist in managing service contracts and ensure timely renewals or payments.
Provide administrative support by scheduling meetings, organizing travel, and preparing reports.
Maintain filing systems for all administrative and HR-related documents.
HR Compliance & Health & Safety Compliance:
Ensure HR policies and procedures are followed and assist in maintaining compliance with labor laws.
Assist in preparing reports related to HR metrics such as attendance, performance, and recruitment.
Support the implementation of health and safety regulations in the office environment.
Assist in organizing safety drills and ensuring office safety standards are met.
Qualifications & Skills:
Education: Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience:1-3 years of experience in HR and administrative roles, preferably in a fast-paced or creative industry.
Skills:Strong understanding of HR processes, recruitment, and basic labor laws.
Excellent organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.Strong attention to detail and ability to manage sensitive information confidentially.
