HR Tasks:
1. Monitoring and processing HR-related and general administrative tasks
2. Maintain employee records and documents (soft and hard copies) and recording daily time record of all employees.
3. Update HR databases (e.g. new hires, separations, vacation and sick leaves)
4. Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant data, like absences, bonus and leaves
5. Prepare paperwork for HR policies and procedures
6. Process employees' requests and provide relevant information
7. Coordinate HR projects, meetings and training seminars
8. Collaborate with the Recruiter to post job ads on careers pages and process incoming resumes
9. Manage the department's telephone center and address queries accordingly
10. Provide orientations for new employees by sharing onboarding packages and explaining company policies
Administrative Tasks:
1.Produce and distribute correspondence memos, letters, faxes, and forms
2. Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
3. Develop and maintain a filing system
4. Book travel arrangements
5. Submit and reconcile expense reports related to Admin
6. Ensure operation of equipment by completing preventive maintenance requirements; calling for repairs; maintaining equipment inventories; evaluating new equipment and techniques
7. Process vehicle insurance and renewals of company properties and documents
8. Performing any other administrative roles.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From AED3,500.00 per month
